I know what I need to do but....

Updated: Apr 18, 2019

Sometime when you were stuck and feeling miserable and in your head, you know what to do what behavior you need to do or what task you need to do.

But then question is how you’re going to do it. Have you ever said “I know what to do but I can’t do it.”

Stepping up little by little with what you have.

What if you can find little bits pieces of how you would do whatever you need to do already happening in your life. What if there are little hints in your life already happening.

It may sound a very bizarre question because you feel like there’s nothing really to look but just do.

And I think there is a key there to make this things happen. The key is to ask yourself “how do I decide when to do it?” and “how did I get to do what I needed to do?”.

For example it is really hard for me to keep this blog going. But I was thinking the other day “how did I do to get my paperwork completed?”.  And I found a way to keep up with my notes by dictating, so voalla I can use this dictation function to keep the blog going.   So here I am finally able to get on and started blogging again.

By answering these questions you will find some hints to get to a place where you want to be. I hope you will find a way to make things happen to you
