New Parents Support Group is starting on January 9th


Direct Osteopathic Primary Care and Small Steps Count Counseling are thrilled to announce our a New Parent Support Group: The Fourth Trimester, Support for Life with Your Little One.

Taking care of a newborn demands physical, mental and emotional energy. Our six week workshop series provides a safe and supportive environment to share your story and connect with other mothers.

Workshop Highlights

  • Managing postpartum depression and anxiety with mental health support and holistic treatment options

  • Adjusting to parenthood as an individual and as a couple

  • Developing effective communication strategies with health care professionals

  • Reintroducing self-care

Our First 6-Week Session Starts January 9th!

Workshops will be held every Tuesday at 10 am at our offices located at 16 Lakeside Lane, Lakeside, CO 80212.
