Taking care of a newborn demands physical, mental and emotional energy. Our six week workshop series provides a safe and supportive environment to share your story and connect with other mothers.
Managing postpartum depression and anxiety with mental health support and holistic treatment options
Adjusting to parenthood as an individual and as a couple
Developing effective communication strategies with health care professionals
Reintroducing self-care
Workshops will be held every Tuesday at 10 am at our offices located at 16 Lakeside Lane, Lakeside, CO 80212.
