And sometimes the hardest thing is to allow yourself to do these things.


And as a parent or mother, it is so easy to dismiss our needs before families need or kids needs. However parenthood is a long journey, life long commitment. You need to allow yourself to do things that is good for you.

Let’s take a moment to think about it which way would be more line with being a better mom or better parents.
