What about it?


When you are trying to make changes in your life, you may come up with many many different things to do and try. Or you notice things you do to help you in someways. Some works and some don’t. Some works and you want to continue but other works but you don’t want to continue.

So many choices.

How do you decide?

Trial and error? Yes. That will work.

And also asking yourself “what about it that will help me in making changes” will be helpful too.

This is a small question but very powerful to make change solid.
