Remembering the reason why you started

Few months ago, my wonderful friends, Elfie and Dominik interviewed me in their podcast called ”Simply Focus”.

It was fun and inspiring interview.

It kept me reminding why I wanted to be a therapist. I reminded me why I choose to specialize in maternal mental health.

It has been over two decades since I decided to become a therapist. It has been over 5 years since I decided to study more about maternal mental health.

It became so "normal" and I took everything for granted from what attracted me to learn Solution Focused Brief Therapy and maternal mental health, to what I continue to do to horn the skills to help others.

It is great to be reminded time to time.
